The Savridi Singers are an auditioned, balanced, all female community choir which perform mixed repertoire including sacred, secular, Broadway and contemporary works using multiple languages. Generally, all music is memorized for a performance. The choir works at an artistic level, meaning that it’s expected of each singer to take a certain amount of the responsibility in learning their music prior to rehearsals. Specific weekly assignments may be given in order to help the members focus on the performance priorities.
The choir’s goal is to perform beautiful and inspiring music. To produce this, the members are a fun, enthusiastic and full of energy group. The influences of working with a great Director, Accompanist, Clinicians and other professional musicians make the experience of being a member truly exceptional.
